THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and DukeNet Communications LLC, a Delaware corporation, and shall be deemed effective as of the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”).
