Routt County (“Client”), acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners (the “Board”), and the Routt County Treasurer (the “Treasurer”) hereby retains Chandler Asset Management, Inc. (“Chandler”) as Investment Adviser on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
