The Globe and Mail and the Union agree that harassment of an employee is not acceptable, whether it be sexual harass- ment, harassment on the basis of race or any other ground prohibited by the Ontario Human Rights Code, or any other form of personal harassment, and whether the harasser is an employee, a customer, or a member of the public.
