The general purpose of the Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Board and its employees represented by the Union and to provide an orderly procedure for the prompt disposition of grievances and for the maintenance of mutually satisfactory hours of work, wages and working conditions for all employees within the bargaining unit.
