THIS AMENDMENT No. 1 (this “Amendment”) is made this 29th day of March 2002 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated, a Virginia corporation (“Verizon”) and ICG Telecom Group, Inc., a Delaware and Colorado corporation (“ICG”). (Verizon and ICG may be hereinafter referred to, each individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”). This Amendment covers services in Commonwealth of Kentucky (the “State”).
