This Contract, made and entered into on this the 15th day of August, 2018, by and between the CITY OF KINGSPORT, TENNESSEE, a municipal corporation, duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Tennessee, with situs in Sullivan County, Tennessee, hereinafter referred to as the City, party of the first part, and SUMMERS INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, party of the second part.
