This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of August 5, 2009, by and between the Complainant, the California Corporations Commissioner (“Commissioner”), and Respondent, RYMS Financial Services, Inc. doing business as Cash Plus #132 and Cash Plus #192 (hereinafter collectively “the Parties”).
