This Agreement is made by and between Tybera Development Group, Inc. located at 563 East 770 North, Orem, Utah 84097 (hereafter "Contractor"), and the State of Utah Department of Workforce Services at 140 E 300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 and the State of Utah Department of Technology Services (hereinafter "DTS”) referred to individually as PARTY and collectively as PARTIES.
