ENITRE AGREEMENT: The person(s) whose electronic signature appear on this contract, known as “Client”, agree that Boris Zaretsky, known as “Photographer”, shall provide services to photograph their wedding and related events to the best of his abilities, in the manner described in this document. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. This is a binding contract which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and attached to the original agreement. If the parties want to waive one provision of this agreement, that does not mean that any other provision is also waived.
