The baccalaureate programs in elementary and secondary education provide a strong liberal arts background with rigorous professional preparation. Education faculty, in partnership with practicing teachers, model effective teaching behaviors. Students must spend at least two semesters in supervised in-school settings in preparation for the student teaching experience.
