THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of April, 2014, by and between MUTUAL FUND SERIES TRUST, an Ohio business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Funds listed on Appendix A (each a, “Fund” and, collectively, the Funds), series of the Trust, and Donald L. Hagan, LLC also know as Day Hagan Asset Management (the “Advisor”), the advisor of the Fund.
