Hell’s Kitchen Flea Market (HKFM) supports and is a member of the local community, and it is necessary that our vendors treat the market, the community, one another, and our customers courteously and professionally so that the market remains a valued community asset and New York City shopping and cultural institution. Actions or activities that in the reasonable opinion of HKFM are injurious to the community or to the reputation or operations of HKFM or the reputation of its community sponsor (Hell’s Kitchen Foundation, Inc.—see: www.hellskitchenfoundation.org) will not be permitted. By signing this document, you agree to the below rules and regulations necessary and appropriate for the orderly and efficient operations of HKFM.
