This Retention Agreement, effective as of February , 2022, governs the retention of Abraham, Fruchter & Twersky, LLP (“AF&T”) and Sugarman Susskind Braswell & Herrera P.A. (collectively, the “Firms”) by the City of Sarasota Firefighters’ Pension Plan (“Client”) and authorizes the Firms to prosecute claims under the federal securities laws against Chegg, Inc. (the “Company”).
