(the “Company”) as its Chief Technology Officer pursuant to the terms of an offer letter from the Company dated June 27, 2020 (the “Offer Letter”). As discussed, you and the Company hereby agree to amend and restate the Offer Letter to memorialize the terms and conditions of your employment as an executive of the Company. The terms and conditions set forth in this offer letter agreement (the “Agreement”) will become effective as of the date hereof and will supersede and replace the terms and conditions set forth in the Offer Letter. You will continue to be based in Washington State, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
