This agreement shall apply to all employees of the company working in and out of the Province of Ontario, including depend- ent brokers, and excluding foremen and dispatchers, those above the rank of foremen and dispatchers, office and sales staff, tem- porary employees, persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four hours per week, and students employed for the school vacation period.
