Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), OnePoint Communications-Georgia, LLC in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee and OnePoint Communications-Georgia, LLC d/b/a Verizon Avenue, (collectively referred to as “OnePoint”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated January 17, 2003 (“Agreement”) to be effective on the date of the last signature executing the Amendment.
