This contract amendment (“Amendment”) is made, dated and entered into as of the day of , 2016, by and between the City of Durham (the “City”), a North Carolina municipal corporation and the Austin Lawrence Partners-East, LLC (“ALP East, L.L.C.” or “Company”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado and registered to do business in the State of North Carolina. The City and Company are also referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
