Regarding the MROI proprietary software marketed under the trademark MAXIMOÒ, which software includes the object code version of the software modules listed below and/or in any purchase order(s) accepted by MROI, any Enhancements to the software (as defined in Section 1) and New Releases of the software (as defined in Section 1) provided by MROI, and any user manuals and documentation provided by MROI relating to the software (the “Licensed Software”), the parties hereby acknowledge that each has read this Agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms.
