This Agreement is provided in addition to the Order Form addendum which accompanies it and, governs the purchase and delivery of the Penelope Online Dashboard (SaaS). By submitting the Order Form, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Except where this Agreement explicitly states otherwise, the terms of this Agreement are separate from the terms of the Master Agreement. This Agreement only applies to the applicable Products and Services as listed in the applicable Order Form.
