This END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) is a binding agreement between you, a user of the Licensed Product (“Licensee”), and Aginity, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Aginity”). This EULA governs all of the terms and conditions for Licensee’s use of the Aginity Pro™, including any accompanying Freeware Products and Freeware Bundles incorporated therein and referenced in the Documentation (collectively, the “Licensed Product”). Any reference to “you” or “your” shall mean Licensee. Any reference to “we,” “us,” or “our” means Aginity.
