(“Tesla”) and Christian Concepcion (“Assignor”) entered into a Solar PPA Agreement at installation location address 120 Green Ave Escondido, CA 92025 on June 11, 2015 (the “PPA”) under which Tesla sells power generated by a solar panel system (the “System”), which PPA was subsequently assigned to Sparrowhawk Solar I, LLC (the “Seller”). Assignor desires to transfer all of Assignor’s rights and obligations under the PPA to Andy Fernandez (“Assignee”).
