This agreement is made and entered into by and between the Chancellor of the California State University on behalf of the Board of Trustees (CSU) and University Student Union, Inc., California State University Northridge (Auxiliary). The term of this agreement shall be July I, 2012 through June 30, 2017 (Five Year Term) unless sooner terminated as herein provided.
