Attachment 3 Microsoft Master License AgreementAttachment 3 • November 18th, 2019
This Master License Agreement (“MLA” or “this agreement”) sets forth the Department of Defense (DOD) license terms under HC1084-20-A-0003 (the “BPA” or “JELA III”) applicable to the Microsoft Products and shall govern the use of any and all Microsoft products licensed by the DOD and acquired from the Microsoft Government Partner under the terms of the BPA. The BPA is a DOD Enterprise Software Agreement (ESA) executed under DOD ESI in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Section 208.74.
