This Mobile Deposit Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by Capital Bank (the “Bank”) and you (the “Consumer”). The Agreement governs your use of the Mobile Deposit Service offered by Capital Bank (the “Service”) and is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, bank regulations and applicable federal law.
