This Amendment No. 8, dated as of September 18, 2015 (“Amendment No. 8”), to the Forbearance and Amendment Agreement, dated as of August 14, 2014, as amended on March 30, 2015, April 15, 2015, April 30, 2015, June 4, 2015, June 18, 2015, June 30, 2015 and September 1, 2015 (as it may be further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including by this Amendment No. 8, the “Agreement”), is entered into by and among PREPA, SCOTIABANK DE PUERTO RICO, as agent for the Lenders, and the LENDERS signatory hereto (the “Forbearing Creditors”).
