(the “Borrower”), US Airways Group, Inc. (“Group”), the direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Group and certain other affiliates of the Borrower party thereto from time to time, the Lenders party thereto and Citicorp North America, Inc., as administrative agent for the Lenders. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Loan Agreement.
