This Mobile Deposit User Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms and conditions for the use of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton’s Mobile Deposit services that The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton ("bank", "us", "our", or "we") may provide to you ("you," or "User"). Other agreements you have entered with The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton, as applicable to your bank account(s), are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement, including the Online Banking Agreement.
