This CCH ProSystem fx Application Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between CCH Incorporated, a Wolters Kluwer business (“CCH”), and “Customer” (as defined below), and governs Customer’s right to access and use the Application set forth on the Order Form which contains a link to the Agreement, effective as of the date Customer signed the Order Form or otherwise purchased or renewed a Subscription to the Application. This Agreement will continue to govern any other Application(s) that are listed on any future Order Forms unless and until a future Order Form contains a link to an updated written license agreement on CCH’s website.
