Covenants set forth in the sales agreement of the lots in this development include a provision for connection to the sanitary sewer system provided by United Services and operated by White Cloud Engineering and Construction Company. When building a home/business in this development, the landowner must contact White Cloud Engineering so that sanitary sewer service can be initiated. Upon signing this agreement and paying the connection fee, the user will have access to the system. Sewer service available only when electric services available.
