This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Intergovernmental Agreement”) is hereby made and entered into as of the day of , 2013, by and between the CITY OF ELMHURST, an Illinois municipal home rule corporation (“City”) and ELMHURST COMMUNITY UNIT SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER 205, a school district and body politic and corporate of the State of Illinois (“School District”).
