Trenitalia customers will be able to purchase their Trenitalia train ticket with a 20% discount voucher on a Helbiz vehicle rental

Milan, April 29, 2021 - Helbiz, a global leader in micro-mobility that is the business combination target of GreenVision Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: GRNV), today announced the extension of its partnership with Trenitalia to further meet their customers’ needs. Starting today, Trenitalia’s customers will be able to purchase a Helbiz mobility voucher directly when purchasing a train ticket through Trenitalia's sales platforms. Through this agreement, customers can seamlessly travel to and from the train station by e-scooter or e-bicycle.Planning a trip not only means comfort and convenience, but also provides peace of mind during daily commutes. The evolution of this partnership aims to continue promoting the expansion of integrated, shared, safe and sustainable mobility.

Customers can also purchase 20% discount vouchers on Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx to receive an electronic credit that can be loaded and used on the Helbiz App. The voucher will be accessible in the cities of Turin, Milan, Rome, Bari, Cesena, Pescara, Naples, Ravenna, Modena, Parma, Latina, Pisa, Palermo and Xxxxxxx.

Through this existing partnership, all users who have not yet subscribed to the Helbiz app will be able to enter the code ''Trenitalia'' within the app and will be awarded two free rides of 20 minutes each (unlock included). Additionally, by entering the code CartaFRECCIA in the Helbiz app, the Trenitalia customer will be awarded one CartaFRECCIA point for every euro spent on rides with the Helbiz fleet.

Xxxxxx believes that the integration of mobility services is a fundamental step to allow citizens to choose the most convenient and sustainable means of transport to fit their lifestyles. As part of this partnership, a set of exclusive fares has been developed for Trenitalia customers in addition to the Unlimited formula, the first Italian micro-mobility subscription that costs just under one euro per day.
