SIXTH AMENDMENT TO THE CUSTODY AGREEMENT
THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT effective as of August 30, 2016, to the Custody Agreement dated as of March 30, 2010, as amended November 28, 2011, June 30, 2011, August 31, 2012, January 24, 2013 and August 30, 2013 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ FUNDS, a Delaware business trust (the “Trust”), and U.S. BANK, N.A. a national banking association (the "Custodian").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Trust and the Custodian entered into the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Trust and the Custodian desire to add the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Alternative Dividend to the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Article XV, Section 15.02 of the Agreement allows for its amendment by a written instrument executed by both parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Trust and the Custodian agree to the following:
Amended Exhibit C of the Agreement is hereby superseded and replaced with Amended Exhibit C attached hereto.
Except to the extent amended hereby, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
