SCHEDULE A TO CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT DATED FEBRUARY 26, 2015, BETWEEN INFINITY (INT’L) TRAVEL HOLDINGS LIMITED AND ▇▇▇▇▇▇ FUI
For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, to induce ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fui (the “Employee”) to enter into and execute that certain written Contract of Employment dated February 26, 2015, Infinity (Int’l) Travel Holdings Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), hereby undertakes and agrees to, and shall, issue to the Employee no later than February 26, 2016, 125,000 shares of the Company’s common stock.
