This Officer Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into to be effective as of the 1st day of October, 2003, by and between WEBCO INDUSTRIES, INC., an Oklahoma corporation (hereinafter called the "Company"), and MIKE HOWARD (hereinafter called "Officer"). Recitals: Officer has served as the Company's Senior Vice President Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer since January 1997. Officer and the Company desire to enter into this Agreement to state the terms and conditions of Officer's employment by the Company.
