This Asset Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") dated August 1st, 2015, is by and between Avatele Group Inc, Yvoty Informatics, and Akivuni Development, Wyoming LLCs ("Seller") (all collectively known as “Seller”), and Starflick.com , a Nevada corporation ("Buyer"). Buyer desires to purchase, and Seller wishes to sell to Buyer the Purchased Assets (as defined herein), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Accordingly, Buyer and Seller agree as follows:
