The Company redeemed the notes pursuant to their terms at 103.0050% of the principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but excluding, April 22, 2019. The total aggregate redemption price was approximately $726.0 million, including $5.0 million in accrued interest. The Company financed the redemption with borrowings under its amended and restated credit facility entered into in September 2014, as further amended, and cash on hand. Upon completion of this redemption, none of the 5.050% notes remained outstanding.
