If any of the terms of this Agreement are declared illegal or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such term or terms shall be deemed null and void and shall be considered deleted from this Agreement. All the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect. 如本契約任何條款經任何具司法管轄權法院宣告非法或無法執行時，該等條款應視為無效，並應視為自本契約刪除。其餘全部條款均應維持完整效力。
