▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Right to Perform Work. 1. Landlord shall have the right to perform, on behalf of and for the account of Tenant, subject to reimbursement of the cost thereof by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, any and all of Tenant’s Work which Landlord determines in its sole discretion should be performed immediately and on an emergency basis for the best interest of the project, including without limitation, work which pertains to structural components, mechanical, sprinkler and general utility systems, roofing and removal of unduly accumulated construction material and debris.
