Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser is not relying on any representations by Seller or Auctioneer concerning the zoning classification of the Property, and that it is Purchaser’s responsibility to contact the appropriate officials to determine the zoning classification of the Property and the uses permitted thereon.
