Zone Allowance Clause Samples
Zone Allowance. (a) Phone Usage (For the usages of private phone for up and downloads, work arrangements and communication as required).
(b) Self-Management (For the arranging of duties and general management of route, customers and depot arrangements).
Zone Allowance. (a) Employees will be paid a Zone Allowance (all purpose) in accordance with the table in clause (3) below.
(b) Where an employee is assigned to work in a zone different to their assigned zone, the zone allowance applicable for the different zone will apply in lieu of the applied zone allowance only where the period of work in the different zone is greater than 5 continuous working days or shifts. The assigned zone allowance will continue to apply to periods of 5 continuous days or shifts or less in a different zone.
(c) The allowances for Zones 1, 2,3 and 4 are:
Zone Allowance. (a) This allowance is compensation for parking fines incurred completing deliveries. It is also paid in recognition of the poor traffic conditions experienced by Metro CSO’s.
