The ZERO DEFECTS clause establishes a strict requirement that all goods or services provided under the contract must be completely free from defects. In practice, this means that the supplier is obligated to deliver products or perform work that meets all quality standards without any faults, errors, or deficiencies; for example, manufactured parts must pass all inspections with no rejections, or software must be delivered without bugs. ZERO DEFECTS. The parties are committed to jointly develop the best practice standards to produce productivity but not at the sacrifice of safety, quality and the aim is to produce and end product that has Zero Defects.
