Zebra Lease Clause Samples

Zebra Lease. That certain Office Lease dated November 15, 2013, by and between Prime Landlord and Tenant, pursuant to which Subtenant shall lease the Premises for a term commencing on the day following the end of the term of this Sublease, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B. All other capitalized terms used but not defined in this Sublease shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prime Lease.
