Z19 Sample Clauses
Z19. 3 If any of the situations in Z19.2.1 to Z19.2.3 apply the Contractor consents to the Contract or sourcing documents being redacted by the Employer to the extent necessary to remove or obscure the relevant material and being published on the designated website subject to those redactions.
Z19. 5 The Contractor acknowledges that it is an Employer in its own right and is registered with duties as prescribed in the Compensation for Occupational Injuries & Diseases Act No. 130 of 1993. Any availability less than 80% for six consecutive months (which is the entirely the contractor’s fault) will lead to contract termination. The contractor shall ensure that on an annually basis present safety department with the updated documents submitted in the safety file.
