Your Right to Receive Information and Documentation of Your Transactions. You will receive information and documentation concerning any EFTs that debit or credit your Account in the following ways: ▪ Statements: We will provide you information about each transaction that debits or credits your Account on your statements. Please refer to Section 3.9 for information about statements. You may also view your transaction history from within the mobile application. ▪ Direct Deposits: If you receive a direct deposit into your Account at least once every sixty (60) days from your employer or other person or company, you can check if the deposit has been made by viewing your transaction history in the mobile application or sending us an email at xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xx. ▪ Receipts: You can get a receipt at the time you make a withdrawal at an ATM or a purchase at a point-of-sale terminal using your debit card or ATM card.
