Common use of YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Clause in Contracts

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. You may cancel a Contract without giving any reason at any time within ONE month, as of the confirmation of the dispatch of your order. In this case, You shall receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our Returns Policy (see below Clause 15). The return of a gift card shall be governed by the Gift Card Conditions. Your right to cancel a Contract only applies to products that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings, where possible in the original boxes. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as You received it or which is worn simply beyond opening the product will not be refunded.
