YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND REPRESENTATIONS. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested and you agree to not misrepresent your identity. You also agree not to use eBanking to conduct any business or activity or solicit the performance of any activity which is prohibited by law or any contractual provision by which you are bound, including, but not limited to, unlawful internet gambling. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with eBanking. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age. You also represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (b) that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties, such as the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Asset Control’s Specially Designated Nationals List.
