Your Programme Sample Clauses
The 'Your Programme' clause defines the specific services, deliverables, or activities that the provider will supply to the client under the agreement. It typically outlines the scope, schedule, and any particular requirements or milestones associated with the programme, ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of what is included. By clearly delineating the programme's content and expectations, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes regarding the obligations and deliverables, thereby ensuring clarity and alignment between the parties.
