Your Printer. For purposes of this In-Home Printer Service agreement (Agreement), a Printer is defined as a Dell printer and any other components that are described specifically on your Printer’s invoice or are standard components (at the time of purchase) of the model of the Dell Printer you purchased. The Printer covered under this Agreement is described on your Printer’s invoice. This Agreement between you and Dell is valid on Printer(s) purchased in the United States only, and the services to be provided by Dell apply only in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, and only to the extent such services address issues covered by your Printer’s Dell Limited Hardware Warranty (see xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx). In addition, the services to be provided under this Agreement are on-site, labor-only services exclusive of any initial problem determination and parts. Problem determination and parts may be provided under your Dell Limited Hardware Warranty.
