Common use of Your License Rights Clause in Contracts

Your License Rights. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Your Order, We grant You a NON- EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE (AND NON-SUBLICENSEABLE) AND NON-ASSIGNABLE, license to install and use the Solutions You order or to access the Solutions remotely during the applicable License Term in accordance with this Agreement, and solely within Your applicable limitations of Your Ordered Instances and for Your benefit and subject to Your payment of the applicable fees. The Solutions require a license key in order to operate. These will be delivered as described in Section 9.2 (Delivery).
