Application may include a direct link to a page on Your web site where You include the ability for an end-user to make a charitable contribution, provided that You comply with any applicable laws (which may include providing a receipt), and fulfill any applicable regulation or registration requirements, in the country or territory where You enable the charitable contribution to be made. You agree that You are solely responsible for any promotion and any prize, and also agree to clearly state in binding official rules for each promotion that Apple is not a sponsor of, or responsible for conducting, the promotion.
